Thank you for choosing Lenore Gregson, Olympian IFBB Pro, as your online weight training coach. The 3-month online training will consist of:
- Monday - Friday video and instructions for weight training only. It will be sent to you via private message on Facebook or texted to your cell. If at any
time you have questions while weight training, you will be provided with a direct text number to Lenore at the time of sign-up. She may have you video tape yourself from time to time to assure
you are doing the weight training as specified in her instructions.
- Each day, Monday through Friday, you are to concentrate on a specific body part(s) as directed by Lenore. The schedule will go as follows:
- Monday - Legs
- Tuesday - Back
- Wednesday - Shoulders
- Thursday - Chest
- Friday - Bi's and Tri's
- Saturday - Abs & Calves (only a one time video will be provided for this day)
- You are to do abs and calves on Saturday on your own. Lenore will provide a one-time video with a few ideas for abs and calves.
- Each Friday during this program, you are to send Lenore accountability pictures - front, back, and side photos as instructed by Lenore. (Women - bikini
suit. Men - only shorts) You are to include measurements of chest, waist, and hips, and your Friday current weight.
- This program does not include meal planning, so you are expected to maintain a fairly clean diet. (If interested in meal planning at any
time, please address with Lenore)
- This program is a 3-month committment and discounted at $200 a month x 3 months, pre-paid and a total of $600 is due prior to start
date.
- Although you are doing on-line weight training on your own, we recommend from time to time scheduling a session with Lenore to assure you are keeping in-line with
her guidance if her schedule allows.
