Information on company and health fair:

• Health fair will be held inside the Mary Rose Brown Chapel.
• The organization has 300 employees.  They expect approx. 150 employees to attend.
• Demographic breakdown: 43% men and 57% women; all live in the San Antonio area
• If available, they would like Spanish speaker and/or Spanish language material to be available.
• Insurance Carrier: Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO/PPO / Dental: BCBS / Vision: BCBS 
• There is no chiropractic coverage.  There is no surgical weight loss coverage on their medical plan.
• All attendees will need to check in with security and have a valid driver's license. 
• Set up time is 1pm
• We ask that all attendees provide a door prize for the health fair.
• The health fair is allotted to 12-14 health vendors, so we expect the event to book quickly.
