BOTOX

• Botox Lip Flip - This service provides a soft and natural pout without being over dramatic.  A Botox Lip Flip last approximately 6-8 weeks.  Cost: $125
• Botox Migraine Service - For those that have migraines, Botox helps reduce and alleviate the common symptoms associated with migraines.   Migraine Service last approximately 2-months.  Cost: $175
• Botox Brow Lift -   The "Hollywood" look of a Botox Brow Lift gives a refreshing look to the face.  The Botox Brow Lift last approximately 3-months.  Cost: $250
• Botox Excessive Sweat Gland Elimination -  Those that suffer from constant underarm sweat issues can benefit from Botox.  Botox Excessive Sweat Gland Elimination last approximately 6-9 months.  Cost range - $350 - $500 (based on coverage of area)
• Botox Unit for all other areas of the face - $10/unit

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

• KMM only provides Onsite Botox Clinics in San Antonio, Texas.
• A private room with a table and 2 chairs.  KMM will provide a massage table set up if needed.
• KMM accepts cash OR all credit cards and bank drafting on KMM's secured site.
• For a company Botox Clinic, a minimum of 8 employees participation is required.
• For a Botox Clinic Party, a minimum of 8 participants is required.  Host is responsible for party ammenities such as food, drinks, etc.
• For a private home visit, a prepaid $200 non-refundable payment is required to book.  The $200 will go towards your services.  No reschedules are accepted if you no show or cancel.
