                  1)  master promotional fliers that are attractive, in color, and eye-catching
                  2) master promotional check inserts that can be used for reminders in payroll
                       to place in break rooms
                  3) master sheet door prize ticket form for door prize give aways
                  4) A complete breakdown form that shows what services will be attending, what
                       health service they will be providing, what door prize they will provide, how
                       many tables/chairs/outlets/space each will need and then an over all total of   
                       tables/chairs/outlets that will be needed
                   5) a master CD with all master promotional fliers that you may use to make duplicate
                        colored copies of or use for an email campaign for the event.

  • No-hassle set up.  Volunteer(s) arrive 1-2 hours prior to event(s) to set up.  Set up includes, covers
    for the tables, table tent signs indicating what service will be provided at each table, and special
    hole punchers to stamp employees door prize tickets so they can enter their name for door prizes.

    days before.

    pictures of the event mailed to you within 7-days after the event.
