Where Do We Get Started?
For Human Resources / Benefit Managers
STEP ONE
Contact us to review your company's specific needs and request a KMM Request Form for a
health and wellness fair, safety fair, wellness lecture, or blood work.

STEP TWO
Fill out Request Form and fax to KMM. You will receive a call or / and email letting you know
your Request Form was received and to ask any needed questions to full fill your request.

STEP THREE
KMM's Wellness Department begins on scheduling, giving you weekly updates on status,
what is confirmed, and to answer any questions you may have along the way.

STEP FOUR
Approx. three-weeks prior to the event, KMM will contact you to let you know your health fair
packet has been mailed, which includes all the promotional fliers and complimentary
services listed under Health & Wellness Fairs.

STEP FIVE
Approx. 5-days prior to the event, KMM will send out friendly reminders to health services
scheduled and to you for any last minute questions or concerns you may have.

STEP SIX
The day of the event, a KMM volunteer will arrive 1 1/2 - 2 hours early to assure table and
room set up, covers all tables being used for the event with table covers, places table tent
signs and door prize punchers on tables, assures services needing special requirements
such as electricity outlets are taken care of, directs health services to where they are to set
up, and takes all calls if health services are needing more directions to the location. In
addition, door prizes are collected by KMM volunteers and turned over to a specific door prize
table near the entrance of the health fair and a KMM volunteer takes care of picture taking
throughout the event.
Towards the end of the event, KMM will take care of folding all table covers, break down and
clean the area, returning it to the original state it was in before we arrived.
In the coming week after the event, you will receive a thank you card from KMM, a Result
Questionnaire that helps us evaluate and improve - What did you like? What did you not like?
What would you like to see from us in the future? - and a complimentary CD with pictures of
the event encased in a customized CD protector.

Yearly, KMM coordinates an average of 300+ health and wellness fairs, safety fairs, and
brown bag lectures for local companies and organizations. Due to the positive responses,
booking a company health and wellness fair or / and wellness lecture for your employees
requires a minimum of a 45-day notice.
